Terms of Service for ContaStart

Welcome to contastartsup.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to services, information products, and goods offered by ContaStart.
1. Services
1.1 Description. ContaStart provides tailored support for startup bookkeeping reviews, compliance checks, and advisory sessions aimed at early-stage businesses.
1.2 Payment. Full payment is due prior to commencement of any service session.
1.3 Cancellation and Reimburse Policy. You may request cancellation and receive full reimbursement if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start are non-reimbursable due to scheduling commitments. To request cancellation or reschedule your session, please get in touch. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 calendar days after confirmation. At our discretion, you may transfer your session to another qualified participant.
2. Information Products
2.1 Description. Digital materials such as e-guides, templates, and webinar recordings designed to support startup accounting practices.
2.2 Delivery. All digital products are available for immediate download upon purchase.
2.3 Reimburse Policy. Due to their instantly accessible format, all digital sales are final. However, if you encounter technical issues accessing your purchase or file integrity problems, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Approved reimbursements for defective delivery will be processed within 14 calendar days. Transfers of digital product access are not permitted.
3. Goods
3.1 Description. Physical items such as printed workbooks and supporting materials for startup accounting education.
3.2 Shipping. Goods will be dispatched to the address provided during purchase within 5 business days.
3.3 Reimburse Policy. You may arrange to ship back unopened, unused items within 15 days of delivery for reimbursement. The purchaser is responsible for ship-back costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the shipped-back item, we will process your reimbursement within 30 calendar days. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover replacement shipping and expedite the next shipment.
4. Restrictions and Liability
4.1 Use. You agree to use our offerings solely for lawful purposes related to startup accounting support.
4.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ContaStart is not liable for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.
